Welkom in de wereld van Marlies Verschoor🌍'De dag begon zo rustig, thuis achter de computer, met een lege kwartaalrapportage op mijn scherm. Nog geen uur later stond ik in een overvolle vertrekhal passagiers te helpen. Een softwarestoring had grote impact op de operatie, en dat uitgerekend aan het begin van de zomervakantie. Met een groep kantoorcollega’s hebben we hard gewerkt om passagiers te woord te staan, hen naar de juiste rij te helpen, en hebben we flesjeswater en stroopwafelsuitgedeeld. De kwartaalrapportage heeft helaas moeten wachten, maar een steentje bij kunnen dragen aan de operatie is minstens net zo belangrijk.' #werkenbijschipholgroup

Het beste van twee werelden! ✈️👔En dat voor Stef Daanen. Hij werkt als Process Developer bij het Passenger Process Development Teamop kantoor, maar tijdens drukke periodes springt hij bij in de operatie als TerminalSTAR.🛫‘Werken als TerminalSTAR is een unieke ervaring. Het biedt me de kans om direct bij de operatie betrokken te zijn. Reizen op een drukke luchthaven kan best stressvol zijn. Passagiers waarderen het vaak dan ook om een aanspreekpunt op de luchthaven te hebben. Als TerminalSTAR help ik hen graag door zede weg te wijzen of hun vragen te beantwoorden. Ik hoop op deze manier de passagiers een soepelere en aangename reiservaring te geven!’#werkenbijschipholgroup

Schiphol, Rotterdam The Hague Airport and Eindhoven Airport go back to international standard for liquids in hand baggage news.schiphol.comAs of 1 September 2024, it is no longer allowed to take liquids in packages larger than 100 ml in your hand baggage. With this measure, Schiphol, Rotterdam The Hague Airport and Eindhoven Airport NV are following new guidelines from the European Commission.
